How to install PuTTY on Mac OS Yosemite?

I install PuTTY on Mac according to this article - putty.org.ru/articles/install-putty-macosx.html
When I try to download Homebrew, I get the following error -
fatal: unable to access ' https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew/ ': Failed to connect to github.com port 443: Operation timed out

Failed during: git fetch origin master:refs/remotes/origin/master -n
Well, the question is for experienced Mac users, what are the worthy and free analogues of PuTTY?

fatal: unable to access ' https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew/ ': Failed to connect to github.com port 443: Operation timed out

RosKomNadzor added github.com to the register of banned sites. Try to log in from a browser without a proxy - it probably won't open either.
