How to install programs with different rights in windows 10?

After administering the server on Debian, I wanted to clean up the Windows 10 PC as well: i.e. do not sit as root, but use a simple account. How should programs be installed? From just akka? Or go to the admin? Given that it is not always possible to buy them from trusted sources.
Or do everything in a simple way, and use the admin one only to interfere with the system?

How to install programs with different rights in windows 10?
Yes, everything is exactly the same.
Starting with whist, UAC works in windows - the same as sudo in linux.
The user works under user rights, to perform some actions, confirmation is requested to perform on behalf of the administrator.
A regular user cannot install programs (installation means placing a program in the system directory, editing the registry, and starting services and drivers)
A regular user has the right to run installed applications, also run applications that do not require installation and modify files in all directories except system ones.
These rights can be changed.
For example, the security tab in the properties of a folder allows you to set the access right to this folder for a specific user.
The right to run applications can also be configured through local security policies.
