How to install portable gulp?

After reinstalling Windows, there are always some jokes, then the assembly does not start, or something else, although I put everything as usual. There are locally and globally in the gulp folder. How can I install and configure all this in order to transfer the folder to a USB flash drive and work on another PC without installing anything?

Then you just need to carry the project along with node_modules, that's all. And installation and configuration - I would not call it that. Nothing needs to be configured, and installation is limited to the npm i command. And it's all thanks to package.json
