How to install plugins and extensions in brackets on ubuntu 20?

Good day!

I wanted to deploy a working environment on Ubuntu 20. I started installing the necessary tools and ran into one problem.
One of my favorite brackets code editors installs and works, but won't let me install plugins. Stupidly twists the editor icon and does not load the list. The search doesn't work either.
