I installed OpenServer and when I try to run PhpPgAdmin from under it, I write some kind of game:

How easy is it to install some tool for creating PostgreSQL databases myself?

Install pgAdmin, it's much easier. Or any other client with a graphical shell.

Not some kind of "game", but a very specific error - there is no module for working with pgsql
