How to install phpmyadmin on homestead (windows)?

Error:

mkdir: cannot create directory 'phpmyadmin': File exists
Job for nginx.service failed because the control process exited with error code. See "systemctl status nginx.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.

I tried:
chris.schalenborgh.be/2015/01/26/phpmyadmin-larave... The
problem here is that these directories do not exist: /usr/share/phpmyadmin/; /home/vagrant/Sites/phpmyadmin
What am I doing wrong?

What does nginx -t say?
And is phpmyadmin really needed, isn't it easier to connect via gui?
