How to install PhpMyAdmin?

Installed PHP7 from third party repository. I'm trying to install PhpMyAdmin:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
phpmyadmin : Depends: libapache2-mod-php5 but it is not going to be installed or
libapache2-mod-php5filter but it is not going to be installed or
php5-cgi but it is not going to be installed or
php5-fpm but it is not going to be installed or
php5 but it is not going to be installed
Depends: php5-mysql but it is not going to be installed or
php5-mysqli but it is not installable or
php5-mysqlnd but it is not going to be installed
Depends: php5-mcrypt but it is not going to be installed
Depends: php5-json but it is not going to be installed
Depends: php-gettext but it is not going to be installed
Depends: php-seclib but it is not going to be installed
Recommends: php5-gd but it is not going to be installed

Changed PhpMyAdmin version from 4:4.0.10-1 to 4:4.5.2-1 ( phpmyadmin.net refers to ubuntu repository ).

Questions:
1. How to fix this error?
2. Why on the site phpmyadmin.net the latest version is 4.5.2 and in the documentation they refer to the repository with version 4.4.5?

OS: Ubuntu 14.04

1. How to fix this error?

try installing phpmyadmin not as a package but just as a site
From the release of a new version to getting into the repository, time passes, since the maintainers do not rush headlong to add a new version, but first check / test, wait for dependency updates, etc.

Do I understand correctly that you expect, in fact, that the answer from the question to which you gave the link will be translated to you?
Or I will reformulate my question - why did that answer not suit you?
Because the package with the latest version has not yet been compiled for your OS (hence the error), and what is available in the package repository depends on php5.
