How to install php-intl on windows system?

In php.ini uncomment
Don't forget to restart the server

in OpenServer
1. Stop OpenServer
2. Go to menu -> Advanced -> Configuration -> PHP
3. The configuration file will open
4. Find the line "extension=php_intl.dll"
5. Remove ";" at the beginning of the line -> Save
6. Start server
The error should disappear
