Upgrade your entire system to jessie or at least wheezy. Squeeze will even be released from LTS in a couple of months.
Trying to make a bunch of different systems rarely leads to something good in the end.
dotdeb's php5-gd built for wheezy seems to depend on packages that your squeeze can no longer offer. Therefore, he proposes to do some logical stupidity in his opinion. Well, or just the wrong version of the package is trying to deliver.
Look in the apt-cache policy php5-gd for what is available and what you want to install, and also try apt-get install php5-gd=5.6.13-1~dotdeb+7.1 (there is such a package version on dotdeb today)
