How to install PHP 7.1.3 and Apache modules on Open Server?

To install Laravel 5.6, you need a PHP version of at least 7.1.3 From of. site version of Open Server 5.3.0. not installed. Can I somehow download these PHP and Apache modules separately?

You can download the latest version, unpack and extract the necessary modules from it and insert it into your own.
