How to install Phalcon on Azure?

I'm trying to deploy Phalcon on Azure, doing everything according to the instructions www.sitepoint.com/phalcon-windows-azure , but PHP does not use (?) .DLL, although it sees it. Those. I just load the project files (as in the example), but it does not show the index, but gives an error volume. that there is no Phalcon\Loader.

Hello. Take a look at these 2 paths :
1) D:\home\site\wwwroot\ bin\php_phalcon.dll is your choice
2) D:\home\ bin\php_phalcon.dll is my choice
Based on the screenshot in the article showing the location *.dll file (third from the top), php_phalcon.dll must be located in another directory - directory #2 .
This is what I came up with after reading the article you submitted, and option #1 is yours.
Try changing the location of php_phalcon.dll and also check the paths - I think that's the reason, good luck!
