How to install OTRS on CentOS 7 with VestaCP panel?

Hi everybody.
I wanted to install an OTRS system on CentOS 7 (well, or version 6). Failed. Either the instructions are old or errors pop up at the time of installation.
VestaCP control panel is now installed, maybe it interferes? Maybe not ...
Please tell me a step-by-step instruction for a teapot in Russian :) to install OTRS
Ps In server management, I'm just learning, let's say, I've been familiar with regular hosting for more than 5 years.

You can make friends with vesta, first you need to create a custom template for running pearl scripts on vesta, and then unpack otrs itself there
