How to install OpenBSD 6.4?

Burned the flash drive with dd. I marked the disk under openBSD with the symbol A6. The installation goes to the timezone selection and there it writes an error

/install: cd: /mnt/usr/share/zoneinfo - No such file or directory

Tried on another PC. everything goes fine, finds the file. and HP does not want to on the laptop.

Apparently, the installer does not find or finds the wrong media to use as the installation source.
You can try to use install64.iso instead of install64.fs (or vice versa, depending on what is currently being used) and if that doesn't help, try using miniroot64.fs or cd64.iso to install over the network or from another media (for example, another flash drives with installation files)
