How to install nvidia drivers in ubuntu?

There was a problem when downloading programs from "ubuntu software" (it downloads crookedly, and I can not delete it).
I started to blame the drivers, as usual, when downloading packages, the same error pops up.

How do I proceed with this? I delete these packages, then I install the driver again, after a while the error again (because of this, even with updates, the problem).
I download either from the off site, or choose from those that are already in the system.
Errors occurred while processing the following packages:

nvidia-dkms-390
nvidia-driver-390

How can you decide?
