What happened to the KDE settings in Ubuntu?

Opened KDE settings in Ubuntu 16.04 x64 Unity , and there is nothing there except "Behavior of the working environment". Previously, there were settings for fonts and other whistles where applications were, but now they are not. Is this a general trend or is it just me? It's not difficult for anyone who works in Ubuntu Unity 16.04 to see how "KDE system settings" work for you.
P/S/ Created a new user, still no settings...
