How to install Nginx after build?

Downloaded Nginx, module, compiled, made make install.
Installed at - usr/local/nginx/conf

[email protected]:~$ sudo /usr/local/nginx/sbin/nginx -V
nginx version: nginx/1.6.2
built by gcc 4.8.2 (Ubuntu 4.8.2-19ubuntu1) 
TLS SNI support enabled
configure arguments: --add-module=/usr/src/arut-nginx-rtmp-module-7a35372

What to do next ? To make Nginx work on request 127.0.0.1 ?
