How to check if all rights are configured correctly for files on the server?

Debian, Nginx. Are there automated ways to check if all permissions are set correctly? Or how to test manually?
Here I have a server, a website on it, I know its ip, etc. how to try to get any files illegally or write left files / scripts to the server to insert into files?
