How to install MySQL Workbench?

Unable to install MySQL Workbench. Installed it first, but couldn't connect the server. Decided to reinstall - deleted and started over. Everything downloaded except Workbench. Tried to install earlier versions. What could be the problem?

MySQL Workbench requires the .Net Framework 4.5.2 to be installed
