How to install MSI using GPO as Administrator?

Hello, I'm trying to deploy zabbix on all PCs in the domain using GPO, but zabbix is not installed. As I understand it, he needs admin rights to create his own folders and register as a service. However, I can't figure out how to execute group policy as an administrator?

Look at the documentation for GPO Manager, specifically regarding application deployment. The policy can be for the entire computer or for individual users. Those for the computer are executed with administrative rights.
