How to install Magento 2, hangs at 98% for the second time (no errors in the log)?

I put magento on LAN, openserver.
There are no errors, it just sticks to 98%, here are a few lines from the log:

Module 'Magento_SalesSampleData':
Module 'Magento_CatalogWidget':
Module 'Magento_WidgetSampleData':
Module 'Magento_Wishlist':
Module 'Magento_WishlistSampleData':
Installing admin user...

And so it hangs endlessly ..
Maybe not there at all, but what came to mind:
I thought that some kind of request to the database was interrupted, the timeout increased.
In phpmyadmin, nothing hangs in the processes. those. along the way not bd.

Install in CLI mode

Also try to increase the script execution time, i.e. increase the max_execution_time parameter
