How to fix error with magento indexes?

I just made my first module on Magento2 and I want to switch to the action of the helloworld/index/index/ controller, but immediately throws an error:

Notice: Undefined index: modules in /.../.../.../magento2.test/vendor/magento/framework/App/Route/Config/Converter.php on line 47

The cache was cleared, the indexes were updated, but the error remained.
How to fix it ?
