How to install MacOs X Mojave on VMware ESXi using Clover?

Good afternoon!

I'm trying to install MacOs X Mojave on VMware ESXi 6.0.
I used Unlocker for ESXi 6.0, created an iso installation file using UltraISO from the downloaded dmg image.
The installation process was standard, but after the first EFI reboot, the bootloader does not see the boot entry.
I figured out that the problem is that EFI does not understand the Apple file system (APFS).
To check, I found efi drivers for APFS, stuck them manually from a USB flash drive - the APFS disk becomes visible from the EFI shell, that is, this is the problem.

I also read that to boot MacOS, you need an alternative Clover bootloader, which has all the necessary drivers and it performs the initial boot process of MacOS. There is a lot of information on it, even a lot, but everything is a bunch, for different cases, and everyone's cases are different.

Please help me understand my specific situation.

You need to somehow glue this same Clover bootloader to the ESXi hypervisor.
Directly from the system itself (MacOS) is impossible, it is not loaded.
How do you load it on a flash drive? But how is it unclear where to install?
What is the algorithm of actions?
