How to install Linux and Windows 10 on the same PC with BIOS+MBR?

I have a BIOS motherboard, it costs windows 10. I wanted to put linux next to it so that in grabb you can choose which system to run. MBR disk layout. I did ive cd linux booted, tried to install to a new partition, but the MBR can only have 4 partitions. I had 4 sections:
1. section with windows.
2. partition for storing files (local).
3. Windows bootloader section.
4. and some other "reserved by the system".

Suppose I would delete "reserved by the system", mark up a new one for linux, but then the grab loader would be written to the windows bootloader section, and windows could not be started.

The main question is how to install two OSes on an MBR + BIOS disk so that there is an OS choice in the hornbeam?

Converting the disk to GPT does not solve the issue, because I have a BIOS, and win 10 will not start on a BIOS with GPT markup, only in a UEFI + GPT bundle.

Well, or if someone knows how to install two OSes in a BIOS + GPT bundle?

Rummaged through Google, there are several solutions:

1. How can I make a combined MBR + GPT disk.
2. Move the win 10 bootloader to a USB flash drive and run through it.
3. Make some kind of UEFI environment - DUET.

Many people don’t recommend the first option, the second one doesn’t suit me personally, in the third they say you need to know linux well, this is a difficult option, I don’t think I can do it, well, or there are some other pitfalls, I don’t know anything about this method, but I’m not just a beginner in Linux I'm installing it for the first time.

Tell me dear.

Normally. First Windows, then Linux. And you will have a choice of OS.
