How to connect from a virtual machine to a vpn host?

Hello.
The essence of the problem is the following, there is a workstation (Archlinux) - it has access to all hosts in the office through openvpn, it is also in the Oracle Linux Server 8 virtual machine (VirtualBox is used). So, I need to be able to communicate with all VPN hosts from under the virtual machine, more specifically - git pull\clone + ssh\scp is a necessary minimum.
