How to install libsndfile1 package for librosa without sudo rights?

Hello.
I chose reg.ru hosting for my bot+website.
And I need to use librosa in the bot to process sound, but damn it, it doesn’t work without the libsndfile1 library (more precisely, the library that librosa uses), and I need sudo rights to install this library, which of course the hosting kindly didn’t provide
:) it turned out to install ffmpeg without sudo and use it safely, but with librosa everything is more complicated. ( because I used ffmpeg, and librosa uses this library itself )
Thank you!

You can compile yourself. Or take it from the packages of the same distribution kit as on the hosting, put it to yourself, slip it through LD_LIBRARY_PATH ... But as it was already correctly said here, it's better not to suffer garbage.

Without root rights, you can only put something in your homework. And then edit the right places, indicating in them the paths to locally installed libraries - well, if you have the skill of editing someone else's code and the desire to "have a real fuck."
Or - as AVKor correctly advised - stop raping the Mosk and take a VPS
