How to install libcurl and libsdl1.2 on linux mint?

Sorry to bother you...but I can't seem to install these packages on my linux mint. Can you tell me the repository you need?
I'm trying to install like this:

apt update && apt install libsdl1.2-dev
apt-get install libcurl4-gnutls-dev

Unable to download some archives , probably need apt - get update or try to restart with --fix - missing ?

Grab them from here 1) pkgs.org/search/libcurl 2) pkgs.org/search/libsdl1.2 and install manually. Then you can clean and fix the repositories.
