How to install laravel-elixir on win8 x64?

I started installing laravel-elixir on a beech under windows8 (x64). It seems to have ancient node-sass in its dependencies and in nature under x64 it is absent in principle ... who faced, how did they win?

Elixir hasn't been updated in two years, use Laravel Mix .
