It writes to me

it's a file, not a directory. accordingly, cd does not make sense and swears.

\Users\Anton\Desktop\git-2.26.0.tar.gz is the path to the tar.gz file
contained in the \Users\Anton\Desktop\
directory cd - change directory - change the working directory. it only understands the directory path.
do you need that??
