Good afternoon. Please let me know if I can install the KDE environment locally. I do not understand where to get the installation files! Let not all but the main ones! Because sudo tasksel kubuntu-desktop takes a very long time to install and download!!!
Raising your repository is long and expensive. Please explain how to fix the situation.

In any case, the packages will have to be downloaded.
sudo tasksel kubuntu-desktop is the easiest and fastest way to download and install.
