How to install KDE Plasmoid?

Can you tell me how to install the plasmoid kde-apps.org/content/show.php?content=169572 ?
Probably a dumb question for Toaster, but I couldn't get it to work. OS Rosa Desktop Fresh R6, KDE4. There is no kde-apps.org in the search from "Get Widgets...", but it's not possible to download and install from the site, where the .plasmoid file should be downloaded, an archive with incomprehensible what is downloaded.
