How to install ipp printer in windows 10?

I can't install a printer via IPP
host:631/printers/EPSON_Stylus_Photo_R290
The problem is in windows 10.
There are no problems in xp.
The printer is connected to Debian using cups.
I manually specify the driver, but when I try to print even a test page, silence. The cups queue is empty.
The problem is clearly in windows 10, before reinstalling in 7 there was no such problem.
The IPP component is installed, checked.
Added PreferredConnection=0 to the registry.
To no avail.

Generally, not yet. While fastened to CUPS SAMBA.
And shared through it.
