How to install in RF Vivado from XILINX?

The XILINX company imposed restrictions in Russia on downloading their software, but for my studies I need a program for their development - Vivado. The 1st screenshot shows what settings I need, and the second one shows the error that is thrown. Tried some VPNs by connecting the laptop via cable but the result is the same.
The account specifies the location of the United States, so the installer allows you to go further than authentication.
So how can you install this program in the Russian Federation in the current realities?
Preferably a free way...
