How to install Huawei e5573c modem on Ubuntu 20.04?

Actually a subject. The modem has been working under Windows for a long time (it connected via USB automatically opening the network on this PC), now you need to connect it to Ubuntu 20.04 , but nothing works after connecting to USB.
Usb_modeswitch (and _data ) latest version. In lsusb it is fixed with id 12d1:14db .
What can be done to make the modem open the network when connecting the USB cable to the PC? Has anyone experienced this and knows the solution?

Does the modem under Windows have a start page and a connect button? This button should be left on. and take out the modem. Then insert it into Ubuntu and check the routes and the Internet (wait a bit). Everything should work.
