How to install html+js application on windows phone 8.1?

I made a simple html + js application in visual studio 2013, but I can't figure out how to install it on windows phone (lumia 630). I was expecting something like an .apk file, which is enough to download to the phone and run.
Tell me how exactly such a project needs to be assembled and how to install it?

Hey! You need to install the WIndows Phone SDK 8.1 (if not already) and in the studio you will select your Nokia in the tab where the emulators are, there will be Device (of course it must be connected via USB, turned on and unlocked) press start and the application is installed on your phone. Then it can be used without reloading.
