How to install HTML DOM Parser on Linux?

Hello, on YouTube on the issue of web scraping, heaps of instructions jump out

They all say that you must first download the simplehtmldom library, put the simple_html_dom.php file in the .php folder the file you are working with and refer to it at the very beginning include("simple_html_dom");
Well, if we are talking about working in Linux?
I found some command sudo apt-get install php-xml
Checked that dom extension is installed.
But is it true? Since after installing the library, there is no simple_html_dom.php next to my index.php.
Maybe everything should be done wrong from the very beginning?
