How to install fpc 2.4.6 on Ubuntu 14.04?

Unfortunately, apt-get only has the old version 2.4.2, which has a lot of bugs. How can I install 2.4.6?

Download .deb from fpc site and install
sudo dpkg -i чотатам.deb
