How to install fedora workstation on smartbook?

Good afternoon, I ran into a problem when installing linux on a prestigio 133s smartbook, the guides found on the Internet did not help. When starting from boot, a black screen just pops up and hangs even before the installation menu appears on all linux distributions except ArchLinux and its relatives (anarchy, archlabs, etc.), what could be the problem? How can I slap a fedora workstation into a smartbook?
