How to install driver on ASUS motherboard, on Windows 7?

Good afternoon, the problem is as follows, after installing the Win 7 operating system, there was a problem with USB.
It consists in the following, I have Logitech G430 headphones with a USB adapter, when Windows boots, the headphones are not detected. They connect only after pulling them out of the USB and inserting them again. I didn't have the same problem on XP. I tried to update the driver on the motherboard from the site, but to no avail, it did not help. Motherboard ASUS M2N-MX SE Plus. How to make USB work?

1. Do they work normally on other PCs?
2. Have you tried another port?
3. USB 2.0 or 3.0?
4. Try to update the USB controller

They work on other PCs, they also work on this computer, only after they are pulled out and inserted. Tried another port, same problem. USB 2.0 Updated controller driver, didn't help. Simply, after installing wine 7, it was not possible to install the driver for sound and it is impossible to install it on the motherboard, although it sees the keyboard, it is also USB. When the system is rebooted, in the task manager, in the "USB controllers" tab, two "Unknown Device" tabs hang, after the headphones are restarted, one disappears, and one remains, the "unknown device" is also additionally lit, although nothing else is connected to the system unit.
