How to find out windows xp user password?

There is access to the Windows XP admin account.
You need to know the password of the local user. Do not reset to a new one, namely decrypt.
What program to do this?

SamInside tried. But you need to at least understand the length of the password and what characters it includes, otherwise everything can drag on for a very long time.
