How to install driver for ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470 video card with switchable graphics modes?

I can not find a suitable driver
for ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470 video card, HP dv6 3056er laptop, OS: Windows 8 x64
When Windows 7 was installed, there was support for switchable graphics modes, it was possible to switch between graphics power saving mode and graphics performance enhanced mode. HP offers a package offsite , but it is for Win 7. I'm trying
the Catalyst 14.4 Mobility driver for Windows 8.1/8/7/Vista x86 from here , HD 4200 and HD 5000 are recognized in the device manager.
