How to install Django modules on VPS?

Hello, I am working with django on spaceweb hosting. Accordingly, I don’t have access to pip, when I try to python setup.py install, for some reason, the installation does not refer to site-packages in the framework folder, but to /usr/lib64/python2.7/site-packages/. How else can you install modules in django without resorting to pip and setup.py?
