How to install Composer on Ispmanager?

I ran into a problem that it is impossible to install composer on the ispmanager user via ssh
php composer.phar install

Composer could not find a composer.json file in /var/www/www-root/data
To initialize a project, please create a composer.json file as described in the https://getcomposer.org/ "Getting Started" section
