How to install compiled ipa file on iphone for tests?

Hello.
Wrote a small application in react native (expo) with compiled ipa file - through expo (developer certificate paid). Tell me how to install this .ipa file on an iPhone - it doesn’t want to install when downloading to a phone - unlike android - where everything just downloaded - installed.
All Google searches lead to some kind of crutches through a jailbreak and left-handed applications.
The simulator is certainly good, but there must be a "legal" way to test the application on a real device and it is desirable to install it on several devices to feel friends and colleagues?

To friends and colleagues - publish the application and add them as testers, once the certificate is paid. Installing files on iOS devices other than the app store is prohibited. You yourself know about the jailbreak option.
