How to install comodo certificate on other port than 443?

The contractor purchased an ssl certificate from Comodo. We are running our site on our own untrusted certificate on the same IP address, only on a different https port. We are trying to connect the certificate bought by the contractor to our Apache, swears that

AH02564: Failed to configure encrypted (?) private key *.*.*.*:443:0, check /etc/ssl/domain.key.

443 is their website. Can a certificate be issued specifically for port 443 and not for another?

No. The certificate has nothing to do with the port. It is necessary to distribute sites on ports. But without seeing the configuration, it's hard to say.
