How to install "Cellect" extension or script in Google Chrome?

Before reinstalling windows, the extension was installed in the Google Chrome browser and worked. And after reinstalling windows, it disappeared and I can no longer install it.
Is it possible to run it somehow in Google Chrome? Perhaps a script? I am new to this.
The extension is quite useful, I can not find an analogue.
