How to install AppMetrika on iphone?

Hello!
I am an android developer, but I had to take it and add one small feature to the IOS application (because the developer is busy now).
I need to add App Metrika to the project, here is the documentation https://tech.yandex.ru/metrica-mobile-sdk/doc/mobi... but since I see the IOS development environment for the first time, I don’t understand a couple of things.
I was told that CocoaPods are not used here, so I need to do as it is written in the opening.
I downloaded the library from github and unpacked it into the root of the project, then I need to add dependencies, I specifically got up with this, the instructions on stackoverflow are terrible.
Please tell me in plain language how to do it.

We add system dependencies:

Then we repeat the whole process, as for Yandex metrics, already for them. As a result, recursively we will come to the moment when everything that needs to be added.
