I wanted to start programming in php, since I just started to figure it out, I decided to go to YouTube. It was necessary to download more apache and then a problem arises, since the video is old, there were several updates, therefore the structure of the application has changed a little. Because of this, I don't know how to configure apache. I added a photo with the differences. The black background is the video, the white background is my computer. How to set up apache? Can you tell me how to start programming in php? Recommend literature on this subject. Maybe you don't need apache? Explain, please, in more detail.

That seems to be relevant until now .. 2 years ago I put it on vps (I started it for tests for 90 rubles / month on firstvds) everything still works.
