How to install Android Studio?

Problem during installation of components. I ran it as administrator, tried it several times and with different variations of the components. Android Studio itself starts up (offers to create a project, etc.), but I didn’t go any further, because after restarting it leads me through the steps again and tries to install components and select the SDK again without options. At least wrong. What are the ways to solve the problem? Windows 10
