How to install and configure the "DMSF" plugin?

Good afternoon!
Please tell me what command you need to enter (Ubuntu system) in order for the "DMSF" plugin to work in Redmine.
I downloaded it, copied it to the Plugins folder, unzipped it, but I don’t know what to do next.
