How to install an ssl certificate if there is no "chain" among the sent files?

Hello,
Sorry if I don't understand.
Received from colleagues "ssl certificate" - archive.zip.
I open it, and there are only 2 files chain.crt and private.crt, and yes, and another picture replace.png 16 by 16 pixels. In general, as indicated in all instructions - there is no "private.key" file in the archive.
The hosting is "ISPmanager Lite 5.90".
Last time, I installed a certificate, where there were all 3 required files, and this time only 2 (the same site, just a new certificate). Therefore, I don’t understand how to proceed further: i.e. ok, in the ssl settings on the ispmanager panel, I fill in not 3, but only 2 fields, i.e. the field for private.key is left blank. but how then should the certificate work? In general, what do I not understand?

Wrong archive was sent to you. Well, or someone else's stolen certificate. You quite rightly noticed - without a key (a file containing text between the lines BEGIN PRIVATE KEY and END PRIVATE KEY) nothing will work :) Let them send a normal archive. By the way, the CA certificate (chain.crt usually contains all CA certificates up to the root) may be missing - this is not an error.

As far as I understand, you should already have it - on the server or from the one who sent the Certificate Signing Request (CSR).

First of all, check what is inside private.crt: private key or certificate.
If the key is it, then specify it as the private key. And the certificate can be extracted from chain.crt, it goes there first in the list (or last - I don’t remember exactly).
